Immaculate 2 BR w/ Roofdeck in Old City!

Jake’s home was extremely clean, spacious and perfect for a weekend in Philly. I appreciated how responsive and professional Jake’s communication was. Also the view from the roof deck is beautiful if you get a chance to see it! Definitely worth the stay.

Jake's place was immaculate! When we walked in, the cleanliness and fresh breeze from the open windows was so welcoming after a long travel day. The apartment is beautiful. Exactly as described if not better. The beds were very comfortable. The rooftop deck was awesome. Very comfortable seating. And the view was amazing. It was nice meeting Jake. He was so kind and helpful. Not to mention he's such a cutie lol. 10 out of 10 would recommend his place. I will definitely stay again when I come back into town.

Jake's place was great! It was clean and spacious for a city apartment. Lots of local history and things to see in Old City within a very short walk. Only a 10-12 minute ride to Citizen's Bank Park and other sporting arenas. The discounted parking pass was an added bonus that made for convenient and easy travel. I would stay again in the future!

We spent a night at that apartment, and it was very relaxing and peaceful. The location was easy to find. Very easy to get into the building. If you bring a car, i recommend asking for the parking spot number before you arrive. I didn't, but Jake responded to me at 11:30, which i was very blessed. Will rent again if i come back to PA.

The property was nice. Could have been a little more upfront and detailed about the parking situation. Having to spend an extra 20$ a day for parking isn’t ideal. No tv’s in the bedrooms. That would have made it a better experience. I enjoyed the property despite the few negatives. Make sure you get the parking pass and don’t park too long out front and don’t park at the curb. You will be towed. I learned that the hard way.

Very nice place a couple blocks from heart of Old City. Jake is an amazing host, very helpful and flexible , with strong knowledge of the city. The apartment is a little generic but very clean and comfortable, and parking in a lot a block away was convenient. We would stay here again.

Planned a quick getaway with my family and the place was perfect for us. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. We had a great stay!!! Thanks Jake!

We had a great time in this property. It's in a walkable neighborhood and a short uber ride to many attractions. The unit looks just like the pictures and was a comfortable and safe stay. And Jake was very professional and responsive.

Perfect location and setup for a visit before our son’s sporting event at Drexel University. The rental had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for four of us. Most importantly, it was within walking distance of many beautiful historic sites and great restaurants, which made the whole trip easy and enjoyable.

Jake’s apartment was beautiful, modern, very clean; it feels safe, it was very close walking distance to major touristic places, Jake was very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Very modern unit - just as shown. Very clean -spotless with everything we needed. Also area felt safe We were able to walk most anywhere around city ( we even walked to university city from the unit). Jake was very reaponsive. Parking closeby worked out very well. We will be back;)

I had an amazing one-night stay in Philly. Jake was an amazing host and very responsive. He provided very clear check-in instructions. We arrived earlier than the 4pm check-in time, and Jake was kind enough to offer complimentary early check-in. There was a minor issue with the access codes, but Jake responded promptly, and we were able to access the unit within 5 minutes. Once inside, the unit was very clean and neat. The beds were so comfy. The best part of this unit was the valet parking garage for a small additional fee. During checkout, the valet let me know that I had a flat tire. Jake was kind enough to let me wait in the unit until roadside arrived. Overall, Jake 10/10 and would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and exactly as pictured, which I really appreciated. I saw another review mentioning noise, but I personally didn’t notice any, it was quiet and comfortable throughout my stay. Jake was super friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again!

This place was great ! It got a little noisy but it was bearable I was sleep most of the time lol ! Be prepared to bring your own salt and pepper because this place has no seasonings but it was still great !
